New Lanark Mill Hotel, Lanark

My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. Nestled in a stunning location with beautiful views, the comfortable and spacious rooms were a highlight. The food was exceptional, especially the cooked breakfasts, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. However, there were some issues with the lifts, which made accessing upper floors a bit of a hassle at times.

I've just come back from a lovely stay in a beautiful waterside old mill accommodation. The setting is truly stunning, right on the banks of the River Clyde, surrounded by lush countryside. The staff were approachable and eager to help, which made our experience delightful. However, while the kitchen and basic amenities were adequate, the overall cleanliness and upkeep felt a bit neglected, especially the bathroom areas. It's a charming spot with so much potential, but it could definitely use a refresh.

The hotel is situated right at the center of a beautiful World Heritage site, and the overall experience was quite enjoyable. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished with a lovely view of the Clyde River. The dining was absolutely exceptional, with memorable dishes that have left a lasting impression. However, the check-in and check-out process could have been quicker, and the Wi-Fi service was disappointing as it was almost non-existent during our stay.

The New Lanark Mill Hotel is a lovely spot nestled in beautiful countryside, offering unique historical experiences and well-appointed facilities. The staff were attentive and proactive in addressing issues, which helped enhance my stay. However, I experienced some disturbances, including a noisy air conditioning unit and a significant wait for dinner service, which detracted from what could have been a perfect visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel, as it offered a wonderful spa experience and lovely dining options. The staff were very accommodating, which made my family trip enjoyable. However, the lack of ventilation in the room was a bit of a drawback, and some areas seemed needing a refresh.
